Balicrafters founded for creative talent in Indonesian craft scene and dedicated to people all over the world who appreciated its product and take it for their business opportunity. The symbiosis mutualism is our basic rule to drive our behavior code. All of our products are handmade and we gathering from a lot of home craftmen, we do advice to them, manage the production time schedule, and quality control to fulfill the buyers required. We select carefully for the craftmen we deal with. And we build a common sense. We are apart as well a unity. If we take a philosophy of amoeba, balicrafters is a core and craftmen are plasma. We have dependence for each other to get our goal.
As a founder, I have got years experience to handle a production line base on home craftmen network. I had been working in some handicraft exporter company in Bali starting from Production Supervisor until Production Manager on the last position. And I was a lucky man when one of entrepreneur in Kuta offered me for a partnership business by creating an internet department. I was surprise that it have a good respond for buyers all over the world, we never meet each other but just communication via email and by phone or facsimile sometime, but we make a good deal and relationship. And I learn three keys important: trusting, trusting and trusting.
And at the moment I do applied everything what I learned to build my own business. balicrafters have been building from the ground. But we try hard to put our commitment symbiosis mutualism between supplier/craftmen, balicrafters and buyer on the top.
